I would like to leave a glowing review for Lucie Mary Pigeon-Blais an agent with Broker Link that I had the pleasure of dealing with. Although I was not pleased with Broker Link as a company I was quite impressed with the service I received from Ms. Pigeon-Blais. She assisted me very courteously even though she knew I wasn't happy with the company and was cancelling my policy. She walked me through the procedure and was very professional and helpful. Thank you again for your assistance in cancelling my policy.

Lee Ann is very friendly and joy to work with She helped me make the required changes to my policy and explaining these change. Then when it came time to insure my boat for my trip which required a different policy She didn’t give me the old “ I’ll look into it and call you “ routine she went right a head while I was there and found what was required and set the policy up It was such a pleasure dealing with Lee Ann I will recommend people looking for insurance to go and talk with her
